2. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are free and without obligation.
• Prices are estimates and may vary based on the final project scope.
• Formal quotes are provided in writing before starting any work.
• Prices may change if the client modifies the project scope.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed individually for each project and detailed in the written work contract. A deposit is generally required before work begins.

4. Warranty

Ortiz Renovation LLC guarantees the quality of its work. In case of defects related to workmanship, corrections will be made at no additional cost within the period agreed in each contract.

5. Liability

Ortiz Renovation LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage not mentioned before project start
• Delays caused by extreme weather conditions
• Changes in materials requested by the client after work has begun

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable if work has already begun or materials have been purchased.
